David Drury, MPAS, PA-C
Clinic Director
David’s medical career began while serving as a Medic in the United States Army. He earned an undergraduate degree with Magna Cum Laude status from Texas State University in 2008 before attending Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2011.
David’s robust medical experience focuses on family medicine, urgent care, and hormone replacement therapy, where he promotes holistic and preventative approaches to patient care as a measure to offset and avoid the traditional model of patient care found in hospital and acute settings. He continues to be mentored by phenomenal forward-thinking physicians in Family Medicine, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, and Physiatry. David specializes in delivering pain management injections, wound care, and holistic acute care to patients across the nation.
In 2020, David seized the opportunity to partner with like-minded physicians to found RegenHealth & Wellness here in Austin, Texas, to build community partnerships to help educate and empower patients to take control of their lives by providing quality preventative and acute healthcare in a concierge setting to pivot away from the traditional models of healthcare delivery.
David is a retiring Army commissioned officer with the Army, where he was commissioned upon gaining acceptance into PA school. His military service includes multiple overseas deployments supporting OIF and joint military training exercises with NATO and other host-nation and partnered security forces.
Aging is inevitable, but all of us can take action to age better. While seldom easy, there’s always a way for us to progress. As health care providers, we must partner with patients, helping them pave the way to success.
Mandy Burks
Mandy has worked in the medical field since 2018 after becoming a certified nurse assistant while living in Georgia. Her experience as a nurse's assistant includes working in the memory care wing of an assisted living facility, where she honed her basic skills in nursing.
Since moving to Texas, Mandy has served as a medical assistant specializing in direct clinical assistance by working with and charting for providers specializing in wound care, hormone replacement, and pain management. Her clinical support specialties include patient intake, billing, and providing clinical oversight for administrative requirements. Before joining RHW, Mandy previously led operations at an IV clinic specializing in optimizing patient health.
In her spare time, Mandy enjoys spending time with her dog, Redd, as well as teaching spin classes part-time. When it comes to overall health, While Mandy believes choosing the best clinical care team is essential, patients must be committed to their care plan and stay active during every stage of life.
Fernanda Guajardo
Fernanda Guajardo is currently a third year student at the University of Texas at Austin, diligently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management, and a minor in Business Management.
Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Fernanda's early exposure to sports developed a profound passion, creating an interest in contributing to the landscape of the sports industry. Over the course of her career at the University of Texas at Austin, Fernanda has gained significant experience in social media & communications, guest services, and operations management through highly-driven professionals thriving in similar futuristic goals.
Her experience in customer service for the past three years and has served as a highly successful brand ambassador since 2020. While on campus, Fernanda enjoys being an active member of the Texas Sport Management Club, connecting with like-minded individuals to create projects, and staying active by participating in engaging outdoor activities alongside her Husky, Harley Mae.
In addition, Fernanda has a natural ability to collaborate and build strong relationships– with a compassionate and knowledgeable attitude that allows her to add value to the RegenHealth & Wellness team by providing patients, pharmacies, and medical personnel with the best guidance and structure.
Albert Moseley
Albert has served as a Sr. Clinical Consultant supporting Post-Acute Care/Outpatient wound care clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and clinics with a primary focus on family medicine, sports medicine rehabilitation, and regenerative wellness. Before his nursing career, Albert served in the United States Army as a special operations medic with multiple deployments overseas.
After his military service, Albert embarked upon a nursing career which has allowed him to work in a variety of clinical settings to include critical and acute care, inpatient and outpatient family, rehab, regenerative, wound, ostomy and continence, and finally post-acute long term care.
Albert holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas System and a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Chemistry from The University of Texas, Austin; he carries wound and foot care certifications. Albert is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, and the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care. Albert's passion and dedication to nursing fuels his drive for nursing excellence.
Leah Drury
Leah has thirty-five years of experience managing investment portfolios in commercial real estate and medical clinics. She is the human resources director and office manager at RegenHealth and Wellness. Her experience includes maintaining financials, human resource directives, accounts payable, and customer service to ensure the company’s viability in providing the best patient outcomes.
Brad Frailicks
Brad Frailicks’ medical career began with his studies in healthcare administration at Texas State University where he earned his undergraduate degree in 2008. He previously served as President and Board of Directors for a small-sized home healthcare company operating within the southern coastal region of Texas and has several years experience supporting healthcare systems and clinics in business development with continuous improvement focused projects since 2014.
Brad holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin where he studied executive leadership in public service organizations. Upon graduation he began consulting small governments at the municipal and state levels across the nation. Brad continued his education as a doctoral student at Texas State University where he researches veterans in higher education and learning frameworks as part of his PhD program in developmental education with adult learning.
In 2019, Brad retired from the Army after serving within the airborne community as an Infantry officer with multiple domestic and overseas deployments in support of OIF, OEF, and NATO joint training operations.
