Do you offer telemedicine for patients out of state?
Yes, we offer telemedicine in all 50 states.
Where are you located?
We are located in Austin, Texas.
What are the normal office hours?
RegenHealth & Wellness is open most weeks Monday through Friday 9am-5pm cst with the exception of Thanksgiving, New Years Day, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, 4th July.
What locations can you provide services to?
We can service all areas as we also offer telemedicine; however, depending on the level of care an in person appointment to our office in Austin may be advised.
What peptides do you have available?
We offer Sermorelin Glycinate.
Do you offer Semaglutide for weight loss?
Yes, we currently offer Semaglutide.
How much are full panel labs?
Full panel labs are $249 for Males and Females
Do you offer food sensitivity testing?
Yes, we offer food sensitivity testing.
Do you offer TRT in topical form?
We currently offer TRT in a topical solution.
Do you work with females?
Yes we work with female patients.
I have an injury and pain, is this something you can help with?
We can certainly assist and help after an initial in person evaluation is completed.
Do you offer IV therapy?
Yes, we offer various in-office IV therapies.
What type of pain treatment therapies do you offer?
We offer multiple options ranging between PRP, Steroid injections, Biologics and Exosome therapy.
What does injection treatment consist of?
You would schedule an initial in office evaluation with the provider. During the visit the provider makes a determination for the best treatment solution. If time permits we would move forward with treatment followed by instructions for proper care/recovery.
Is there anything else notable when seeking pain management treatment?
Depending on your level of need, you may be advised to complete imaging such as an MRI in order for the best care plan to be formulated.
Do you require initial lab work for a subscription?
Yes, we require new patients to complete updated lab work to identify key markers that qualify patient needs.
How long does it take for lab work to be received by the clinic?
Completed lab results are typically received by the clinic anywhere from 3-5 days AFTER your blood draw. Please keep in mind that this does not include holiday or weather closures.
How much does your monthly membership cost, and does it require a contract?
Our monthly programs start at $199/month and require a 6 month minimum commitment to properly optimize a patient's health.
How will I receive my prescriptions?
All compounded medications will be delivered directly to your residential address while an local prescription may be picked up at a pharmacy of your choosing.
How long will it take for my compounded medications to be shipped to me?
Compounding pharmacy fulfillment and delivery may take anywhere from 10-12 business days. Please keep in mind this is a rough estimate which may not be interrupted due to holiday closures, weather delays, or shipping issues due to the carrier.
Where do I go to get labs drawn?
We currently have patients utilize CPL( Clinical Pathology Laboratories) if located in Texas. If you are out of state, then we will work with you to identify a 3rd party lab to fulfill testing requirements.
How do I become a RHW wellness member?
The first step is to complete a full panel lab. Once lab results are received you will be scheduled for your initial evaluation. After the lab review and evaluation is completed you will be presented with our program options to join and start treatment towards a healthier you.
What is the best way to refill a prescription?
The patient portal is the best way for any medication request to be addressed.
What is the best way to contact a clinic staff member?
Staff are available by phone (512-284-7025), email (info@rhwclinic.com), or patient portal Monday-Friday 9-5 CST unless otherwise specified. The quickest method to reach a staff member is through the patient portal direct messaging.
Once I decide to become a patient, what is the typical routine for refills and lab work?
After your initial consultation, 9 weeks from then you will be advised to complete lab work to ensure optimization is achieved. Depending on the medication refills are to be expected either monthly (local prescriptions) or every 8-10 weeks (compounded). We recommend familiarizing yourself with the patient portal in order to stay up to date on your care plan as well as advised lab work.
How long does a vial of testosterone last?
- For males, a vial will last anywhere from 10-12 weeks depending on your dosage
- For females, a vial will last anywhere from 10-20 weeks depending on dosage.
How can I reset my patient portal password?

If you have not created an account, please check your email for an email from Fullscripts.
How do I create an account for the patient portal or Fullscripts?
Find the email sent from Fullscripts after you spoke with our team or practitioner.
Once you have your email, it will direct you to the link where you can register.

How do I make payments to RHW?
We utilize the online processor Stripe.com for all payments.
How can I pay my monthly membership fee?
ou can pay online with a valid credit, debit, or FSA/HSA card.
Do you take HSA/FSA cards?
Yes, we currently accept HSA and FSA cards.
Do you take medical insurance for your services?
We are a cash pay only practice but do screen insurance as your care plan permits for possibly treatment options.
If I choose to move forward with injectable hormone replacement, can I come in for my injections?
Yes you can come in weekly or as needed and one of our clinical staff members will be happy to assist you.
